Home School Roller Skating Day

About once a month, the home schooling community has a roller skating event. What's funny is that when the little DJ dude tells all the kids to get on the floor for a speed skating contest, no one rushes out to the be involved. I guess we need to tell them that home school kids are not competitive, they are cooperative. No one ever goes out to the floor! LOL! Finally maybe three or four will get out there after much prodding from their moms. Now, if the DJ says to go out in the middle of the skate floor and work together to build a time machine with just some string, a plastic cup, and a macaroni noodle, not only would they all rush out to be involved, the end product would actually work!
